Existing Sprint Protect customers : Transition your photos and videos to Sprint Gallery by taking these steps
1. Ensure you have your existing credentials for the Sprint Protect App (phone number, email & password) as you will need to re-login
2. Uninstall and then reinstall the Sprint Protect App.
3. Re-login using the correct MDN/email
4. Sprint Protect will scan your photos/videos, marking all which are in the cloud and not on the device
5. After this scan, Sprint Protect will show the “Restore Data” option. If desired, click restore which will bring your photos and videos back into the Camera Roll.
6. You are now ready to install and backup all your photos and videos on Sprint Gallery/
